¨Forensic Sciences in the Context of the Search and Identification of Missing Persons”.
In this event, we will have presentations, discussion panels and analysis where area specialists, national and international associations, as well as Federal and States Government officials in charge of the investigations of this delicate and urgent topic will be invited.
The presentations will be by specialists of different forensic branches, who will address topics such as: Identification of human remains, Analysis and context of the Crime Scene, Forensic Medicine, Facial Reconstruction, Forensic Anthropology, among others.
There will also be discussion panels and analysis between Government officials and civil organizations representatives where the needs of both parties be discussed, as well as the Government’s success stories, that may be implemented in other states and municipalities with the objective of strengthening the forensic protocols under a human rights perspective.
The application of “Forensic Sciences within the Context; the Search and Identification of Missing Persons”. It is a complex process that requires the collaboration of a diversity of professionals. The dignity of the victims and that of their kin is a basic principle in this work and, the objective is to guarantee that the investigations performed be carried out with professionalism, transparency and respect.

His career has specialized in the criminal investigation of high-impact crimes and the disappearance of persons. His experience is aligned with the management of human identification programs.
