In compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares (Personal Data Protection Act, LFPDPPP) Expo Forense, better known as Business Market Connection S de RL de C.V, based at: calle Peten 363-401, colonia Vertíz Narvarte, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, CP. 03020, CDMX, and the website: www.expoforense.com,  is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data collected, on that respect we state the following:

The data collected directly via email or any other digital means include: name, email and mobile /cell phone. Said data collected will be used for the following. Which is necessary for the service requested:

  • Billing                 

Additionally, the data collected will be used for the following secondary ends, none of which is necessary for the service requested but that allow us to provide the client a better attention and service:

  • Advertising emailing
  • Newletters
  • Marketing
  • Commercial Research

Refusal for the use of personal data to these ends will not constitute a motive for the rejection of the service, products requested or contracted with us.

Expo Forense will not share personal data with third parties, save with those with whom it is legally bound to do so (the Mexican Revenue Service, for one).

How can I access, correct, rectify or cancel my personal data or refuse its use?

You have the right to know what is the personal data we have on you, what it is used for and the conditions it is used under (Access). You also have the right to request said personal information be corrected if outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectify); that it be deleted from our files and/or databases if considered it is being improperly used (Cancellation); as well as oppose its use for specific ends (Opposition). These rights are known in Mexico as ARCO Rights.

You may revoke your consent on the use of your personal data  

You may revoke the consent that, in your case, was granted to us on the handling of your personal data. However, it is important to inform and make you be aware that your request may not always be taken care of immediately after its delivery, for it may be, in some instance, legally required that we keep said data. Also, it must be considered that, for certain ends, if you revoke your consent, it will imply that we might not be able to continue providing the service requested to you, or, that it ends your relation with our firm.

  2. b) What information and/or documentation must be included in your request? Full name, position and email address.
  3. c) How long will it take to have a response to your request? 5 working days.
  4. d) How will you receive a response to your request? Email.
